Cooked cold meats

Knacks, cervelas or sausages cooked with wild garlic... and so many others. You are spoiled for choice. Get rid of that odious industrial garlic sausage or those soft, metallic knacks and taste the real, round, crunchy things that will change your meals and delight the children ! On the product side, we only choose Haute-Saône pigs from Xavier Ménigoz. If knack and cervelas are cooked for five minutes in simmering water, the other products can be enjoyed raw and make wonderful snacks.
