Ingredients 500g free-range chicken fillets, 300g organic shiitake mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, 1 3 cm piece of fresh ginger, butter, soy sauce & pepper. Preparation 1. Drain the shiitake then heat a pan and pour in a knob of butter. Once the butter foams well, add the whole garlic clove with its skin (simply crush it with the palm of your hand), the shiitake and sauté for a few minutes. Reserve. Tip: Remember to collect the water from the shiitake mushrooms for cooking the rice. 2. Heat a second pan over high heat. When it is hot, put a knob of butter in it, wait for it to crackle and place your chicken in it. 3. Brown it on both sides then lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes over low/medium heat with the shiitake, chopped ginger and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Add pepper at the end of cooking. 4. Serve the sautéed chicken with rice (cooked in shiitake water) or noodles and a seasonal green vegetable. Allergens Shiitake, oak lentin (Lentinula edodes). Warning Shiitakes.
