Ingredients

1kg of raw milk raclette, 1 500g charcuterie board, 1.5kg of potatoes.

Preparation

1. Slice the raclette cheese.

2. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in a saucepan.

Tip: Start cooking the potatoes in cold water to ensure perfect consistency and thorough cooking.

3. Unwrap the charcuterie board, drain your potatoes and start your raclette grill. At table !

For an even more delicious alternative, you can replace or supplement your raclette with an oven-baked Louis d'Or.
