Description The rum babas are homemade from local products and prepared by pastry chef Pierre Joulia in Remiremont in the Vosges. How did we meet him? On a summer market. Quite simply. And since then, these babas have remained a success in any season and for any occasion.

Format 350 g (2/3 people) or 700 g (4/6 people).

Babas ingredients (eggs, wheat flour, butter, honey, yeast, salt), syrup (water, pure cane sugar, 13% rum, vanilla). Flight. 5%.

Origin France.

DDM 7 months.

Storage Packaged in a pot. This product should be stored dry and protected from light and once opened, refrigerated for two days.

Ce baba au rhum fond dans la bouche et libère un doux et suave goût de rhum...c'est excellent en fin de journée avec un petit café...!!
