Description The smoked pork ribs will take you on a journey. It's a rack of three smoked ribs that you immerse in simmering water for about 45 minutes. To be enjoyed afterwards with a nice salad or a generous mash. They are prepared by butcher Arnaud Daval in his smokehouses in Val-d'Ajol with pork from breeder Xavier Ménigoz. Pure happiness.
