Description The free-range pork filet mignon comes from Haute-Saône pigs raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson. The latter are raised — without antibiotics or GMOs — on the family farm, on straw, and fed exclusively with farm cereals and flax seeds. It's a few kilometers away, in Val-d'Ajol, that the butcher Arnaud Daval works these meats and prepares this magnificent filet mignon which will satisfy you whole or detailed into medallions by you. A real favorite, easy to cook, in any season.
