Description Comté-smoked filet mignon combines the best of two worlds. Prepared by butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval, it is a delicacy for picnics and aperitifs. Already thinly sliced, this piece melts in the mouth. The filet mignon is smoked the old-fashioned way using beech wood on site.
