Description Fuseau Lorrain is a semi-dry sausage that butcher Arnaud Daval makes with Haute-Saône pork from Xavier Menigoz before smoking it slowly over beech wood. This tender and soft sausage can be enjoyed in thin slices as an aperitif. A charcuterie that will delight you and can replace the chorizo in certain culinary preparations.

Ingredients 80% lean pork, 20% pork fat, salt, spices and red wine.

Conservation Vacuum packed. This product can be stored in a cool (10-15°C) and dry environment – the spindle will then dry quickly – or in the refrigerator (between +2° and +4°C) – the spindle will then remain soft.
