Description Gendarmes are a Central European specialty that is also found in Vosges and Alsatian butchery art. Prepared by the Daval butchery and charcuterie, they come in pairs, composed of beef and pork, exclusively from our breeders Pascal Babel and Xavier Ménigoz. These smoked sausages are ideal for a crunchy break.

Conservation Vacuum packed. This product can be stored in a cool (10-15°C) and dry environment – the gendarmes will then dry quickly – or in the refrigerator (between +2° and +4°C) – the gendarmes will then remain soft.
