Description Raw mountain ham prepared by butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval with pigs raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson in Haute-Saône. Pork without antibiotics and without GMOs, traditionally fed only with farm cereals and flax seeds. This ham is rubbed with salt and mirabelle plum brandy. A unique flavor.
