Description The confinement lasted long enough to allow everyone to sometimes invent new things. Near Remiremont, Bernard Louis, refiner of high-quality farmhouse munsters, decided to test a Mont-d'Or-style munster, in homage to the delicious Franche-Comté cheese that we love to bake. The box here is made of fir, made in the region by a wild boar craftsman. It is in this setting that the Munster is molded and refined according to a secret well kept by the owner. Bernard Louis wanted to give his favorite cheese a new life and it was a success. Discovering Munster like this, in its box, with this woody scent without the bitterness of the spruce that surrounds Mont-d'Or is an excellent idea. To change the raclette or complete it, you can go for the Louis d'Or, your loved ones and your guests will love it. Allow one box for 2 people. How to heat it? Without the lid, at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Hot in front! All that's missing is a baguette or a few small potatoes, one of our charcuterie boards and that's it! A guaranteed success.
