Description This merguez is a sausage made exclusively from beef and farm lamb. It will complete your assortment of grilled meats or accompany a good couscous. These fresh sausages are prepared by the butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval with Haute-Saône lambs from Xavier Ménigoz and beef raised outdoors by Pascal Babel in Girmont-Val-d'Ajol.
