Description The pâté en croûte is popular. With its stuffing bundled in a solid dough, embraced and kissed, it is delivered here in generous slices which allow it to offer its dense chew and its aroma of meat marinated in cognac to demanding gastronomes. We present here a product prepared by the pork butcher Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges, with the help of the breeder Xavier Ménigoz, supplier of good pork from Haute-Saône, raised on the farm's cereal and flax seeds. The patience of breeding and the passion of craftsmanship are combined here. The version is classic but we work with the artisans on other flavors for parties and special occasions. Imagination has no limits in this matter. And the material is noble.
