Description The user-friendly charcuterie board that doesn't cheat on quality or quantity. This board is made up of bacon, rosette, Luxeuil ham, peasant bacon and a delicious ham bacon. The charcuterie is prepared by Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with farm pigs from Haute-Saône from Xavier Ménigoz, based in Saint-Bresson. Smoke lovers, you are served! As for Luxeuil ham, a raw ham rubbed with salt, spices and Jura wine, dried for eleven months, it will make you forget its competitors. An exceptional artisanal and local board.
Format 250 g (2 people) or 500 g (3/4 people).
Composition
250 g board: 50 g of bacon, 50 g of rosette, 50 g of Luxeuil ham, 50 g of peasant bacon, 50 g of ham bacon.
500 g board: 100 g bacon, 100 g rosette, 100 g Luxeuil ham, 100 g peasant bacon, 100 g ham bacon.
