Description The Vosges rolled farmhouse pork roast is a legendary and simple to cook piece. The meat is prepared by butcher Arnaud Daval with Xavier Ménigoz's farm pigs, fed with farm cereals and flax seeds. To cook it we recommend that you heat the oven to 160° C and cook for between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. For the accompaniment, have fun preparing some pretty potato gnocchi, some candied onions or a light salad.
