Description The dry sausage mixes with bluets from the Vosges – a cultivated blueberry – to provide a fruity sweetness. Butcher Arnaud Daval prepares it with farm pork from Haute-Saône selected by Xavier Menigoz before adding some blueberries from the Vosges. Guaranteed without nitrite salt, this sausage is very popular.
