Description Andouille terrine with pouilly and blueberries. Everything here is delicious. The andouille is indeed that of Val-d'Ajol, mixed with the notes of Pouilly which goes so well with this sausage and bluets, the locally grown blueberry. A terrine like nowhere else. This terrine is prepared by the butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with pigs from Haute-Saône raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson. These pigs are raised without antibiotics or GMOs, fed with farm cereals and flax seeds. A good and healthy product.
