Description The country terrine in the purest Vosges tradition. 100% artisanal. This terrine is prepared by the butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with pigs from Haute-Saône raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson. These pigs are raised without antibiotics or GMOs, fed with farm cereals and flax seeds. A good and healthy product.
