Description The traditional country terrine with a local touch of Kirsch de Fougerolles AOC. 100% artisanal. This terrine is prepared by the butcher and pork butcher Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with Haute-Saône pigs raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson. These pigs are raised without antibiotics or GMOs, fed on farm cereals and flax seeds. A good and healthy product without nitrite salt.
