Description The rabbit terrine with hazelnuts is our favorite: crunchy, sweet and spicy. This terrine is prepared by the butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with the rabbits of Sébastien Legain from Sainte-Marie-en-Chânois and for the pork they are the farm pigs of Xavier Ménigoz from Saint-Bresson .
