Description The creamy, fine grandmother's terrine, made from chicken liver, seasoned and deglazed with Port. This terrine is prepared by the butcher and charcutier Arnaud Daval in Val-d'Ajol in the Vosges with pigs from Haute-Saône raised by Xavier Ménigoz in Saint-Bresson. These pigs are raised without antibiotics or GMOs, fed with farm cereals and flax seeds.
