Can I eat shiitake raw?
No. Shiitake mushrooms must only be eaten cooked . Whatever their initial form: fresh, in a jar , dried or powdered .
How to use dried shiitake?
To use dried shiitake mushrooms, simply open the bag and soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then, drain the shiitake and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes. If you cook them in sauce, you can cook them directly with your sauce. There are generally 12.5 grams of dried shiitake for one person.
How to cook shiitake in a jar?

How to cook shiitake powder?
