Gallia chooses Cella
For the past week you have been able to find charcuterie from Cella and its producers at the Gallia bar in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis). The famous Parisian brasserie has chosen small producers to delight you alongside their ephemeral and permanent beers, IPA, Pills, Lager and their incredible "vières" - hybrids between craft beers and natural wines - in this festive place in the North-East of the capital. Dry sausage , 18-month Comté sausage, wild garlic sausage, smoked pork filet mignon and gendarme are now included. With a beer as sweet and crazy as the one brewed by the “crazy” master brewer Rémy Maurin, it was necessary to have some sweet cold meats to satisfy small appetites. What's great about this story is that we share - in addition to the passion for the taste of good things - the commitments of the house. Thank you to them for trusting us!
