Our French wagyu beef by Jacky Bernet, breeder
Wagyu beef is now found regularly, however, it is difficult to know its exact origin and even less its breeder. At Cella, we only offer you products whose producers we know. French wagyu beef really? Is it possible ? Yes ! And this one... is even from the Vosges , a land whose secrets and products we like to share with you.
The wagyu beef available on the site was raised by Jacky Bernet , a breeder in Val d'Ajol. Two years ago, when we met Pascal Babel, a breeder in Girmont-Val-d'Ajol, we got to know him. There was already talk of offering this exceptional meat... and now, with a little time and a lot of passion, Jacky Bernet offers us a rare piece.

Arnaud, our passionate butcher, went there to choose the beast. The ox was slaughtered on December 5 in Luxeuil-les-Bains. It will delight your table for the holidays. Wagyu beef that is ethical, local and “of exceptional quality”, according to Arnaud.
